We sit down with Wade Becker and Veronica Lane for a conversation about resilience, recovery, and neighbors helping neighbors. Wade opens up about the severe motorcycle accident that left him missing his left foot, sharing his inspiring mindset as he navigates the road ahead.

To help cover Wade's growing medical bills and fund a new prosthetic, Veronica is spearheading a massive benefit event, and we need Elgin to do what it does best—show up! Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 4th, 2026, at the Elgin VFW Post 6115. We are calling on everyone to come out for a great meal, and we are asking local businesses and listeners to donate items for the auction. Even with the serious subject matter, it wouldn't be our show if we didn't end things by trading our favorite classic rock albums and taking a detour into the spooky, strange, and unknown.
